  • Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. During busy periods this can occasionally extend to around 20 business days.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Multiple parcels: Because items are sourced from specialist suppliers, an order with several products may arrive in separate packages — each with its own tracking.
  • Shipping cost: Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Why did my items arrive separately?

We want you to love your setup. If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help arrange a return or replacement for unused items in their original packaging.
